Machine Refill & Operations
We are looking for someone to prepare products and refill Snacky machines on-site, ensuring quantities, rows and operating conditions are correctly recorded before finishing each visit.
Starting salary
LYD 2,500 per month
Responsibilities
- Prepare the products needed for each refill route before leaving for the locations.
- Refill Snacky machines with the quantities and products specified for each machine.
- Check that each product, quantity and position in the machine matches the system.
- Review prices and rows, and ensure machine records are correctly updated.
- Check the machine's cleanliness, cooling, power and operating condition before leaving.
- Record missing or damaged products and any observations or faults during the route.
- Return leftover stock to storage and record it correctly at the end of the route.
- Follow route plans, appointment times and each location's operating instructions.
- Deal respectfully and professionally with location managers when needed.
Who we are looking for
- Organised, accurate and attentive to detail.
- Punctual, responsible and able to work independently.
- Willing to do field work and travel between Snacky locations in Tripoli.
- Able to handle boxes, products and daily restocking work.
- Comfortable using a phone and simple apps to record quantities and observations.
- Experience in warehousing, delivery, restocking or field operations is an advantage.
