Customer Relations & Business Development

We are looking for someone to represent Snacky to customers and partners, maintain relationships with existing locations and help reach new locations and opportunities as the network expands.

Starting salary

LYD 2,500 per month

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone and WhatsApp.
Follow up on feedback and complaints, and ensure they are resolved.
Maintain good, ongoing relationships with Snacky's existing locations.
Stay in touch with location managers and follow up on satisfaction with the service.
Visit existing locations when needed.
Find suitable new locations for Snacky's services.
Contact businesses, universities, clinics, schools and other target organisations.
Visit locations, speak with managers and decision-makers, and present Snacky's service professionally.
Follow up on locations and organisations identified by management as important opportunities.
Continue following up until there is a clear outcome.
Organise and follow up on all cooperation opportunities and communications.

Requirements

Tact and confidence in communication.
A professional approach to customers and managers.
Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
The ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Willingness to do field work and travel within Tripoli.
Your own car is required.
Experience in customer service, sales, public relations or business development is an advantage.
